Team Allocation Reports allow you to see how much work is on any team member's plate in just a few clicks. 

From any page in the platform, just click the Team Allocation icon in the top menu bar. It is between the Quick Add and Activity Feed icons. 

When the reports drops down, select the time period you'd like and then select the users you'd like to include in the report. Click "Run Report" and your results will appear below. 

These reports are calculated by looking at a user's stated availability in a week and subtracting the budgeted time from the tasks that are assigned to them in that week. This calculates the remaining time that the user has available for the selected time period.
