Company Overview

Your agency’s health on one screen. This is the page most owners check weekly.

  • Capacity — how many hours your team tracked versus the total hours available in the selected period. Tells you how much of your team’s time is accounted for.
  • Utilization — the percentage of tracked time that was billable. Every agency’s core efficiency number. You set your target (e.g. 70%) in Company Settings, and the dashboard measures reality against it.
  • Revenue — what the tracked work earned, based on your projects and rates: fixed fees are recognized from their budgets, and time-and-materials work is hours × billable rates.
  • Labor cost — what that same time cost you, from each person’s cost rate.
  • Expenses — non-labor costs you’ve logged against clients and projects (Pro and above).

Revenue minus labor cost (minus expenses) is your delivery margin — the money left after doing the work.

Below the numbers, the Insights section reads your data and tells you what to look at, in plain language — for example:

  • “Delivery margin is critically low” — you’re keeping too little of every dollar after labor.
  • “2 clients losing money” — which relationships cost more to serve than they bring in.
  • “Unrealized revenue from low utilization” — what closing the gap to your utilization target would be worth.

Each insight comes with a suggested next step. They update automatically as your data changes.

Every number on this page respects the date range selector at the top. Your plan determines how far back you can look (30 days on Free, up to all-time on Enterprise — see Plans & limits).
