Time Review
Available on Pro and above.
Reports are only as good as the time data underneath them. Time Review is where you check the raw time entries coming in from ClickUp and catch problems before they distort your numbers.
What you can do here
Section titled “What you can do here”- Browse every time entry in the selected date range — who, what task, which client/project, how long, billable or not.
- Filter to find what you’re looking for: by person, client, or project.
- Spot the usual suspects:
- Time tracked outside any client location (it won’t count toward any client until the work is organized in ClickUp)
- Suspiciously long entries (a timer someone forgot to stop)
- Work marked non-billable that should be billable, or vice versa
Fixing problems
Section titled “Fixing problems”The fix always happens in ClickUp — remember, ZenPilot Reports never edits your ClickUp data. Correct the entry there (adjust the duration, move the task, flip the billable flag), and the next sync updates your reports automatically.
A good habit
Section titled “A good habit”A five-minute Time Review pass before your weekly reporting meeting keeps the dashboards trustworthy — most agencies find 2–3 fixable entries a week in the beginning, then it drops off as the team’s tracking habits tighten.
