What is ZenPilot Reports?
ZenPilot Reports turns the time your team already tracks in ClickUp into clear answers about your agency’s health: Are we profitable? Which clients make us money? Is the team busy with the right work?
How it works, in one paragraph
Section titled “How it works, in one paragraph”Your team keeps tracking time in ClickUp exactly as they do today — nothing changes for them. ZenPilot Reports connects to your ClickUp workspace, reads the time entries, and combines them with things ClickUp doesn’t know: your team’s pay rates, your billable rates, your client list, and your project budgets. The result is dashboards that show revenue, labor cost, profit, and utilization — per company, per client, per project, per person.
What it never does
Section titled “What it never does”- It never changes anything in ClickUp. The connection is read-only. Your tasks, time entries, and workspace stay untouched.
- It never asks your team to track time differently. If time lands in ClickUp, it lands in your reports.
The three ideas everything is built on
Section titled “The three ideas everything is built on”- Clients — who you do the work for. Each client groups its projects and shows whether the relationship is profitable.
- Projects — a piece of work with a budget (a fixed fee, an hourly budget, or time-and-materials). Tracked time burns against it, so you can see overruns coming.
- Rates — what a person costs you per hour, and what you charge for them. Rates are what turn “hours tracked” into dollars.
Set those three up once, and every dashboard fills itself from your ClickUp data automatically.
