Plans & limits

Full pricing lives at reports.zenpilot.com/pricing. Here’s how the limits actually work in the app.

  • Data range — how far back your dashboards can look, and how far back time entries are kept. On the Starter plan, “6 months” means data older than 6 months is no longer available — see Your data: retention & deletion.
  • Team members — the people whose ClickUp time we read, not app logins. A 12-person ClickUp workspace needs a plan covering 12 tracked members, even if only 2 people ever sign in.
  • Clients / projects — how many you can create. When you hit a cap, the app tells you and points to the upgrade.

Go to Billing, pick a plan, and pay by card — the new limits apply immediately. Downgrading is forgiving: nothing is deleted on the spot. The shorter data range only starts being enforced after a 30-day grace window, and existing clients/projects above the new caps stay — you just can’t create new ones past the limit.

We retry, email the workspace owner, and show a banner in the app. You get a few days of grace to update the card before the plan steps down. Fix the card in Billing and everything restores automatically.
